The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. The pool and hot tub were open 24 hrs, which is unusual. The front desk person was very friendly and professional. The mattresses were the most comfortable I've ever encountered in a hotel. The pillows were great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and polite. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Snake River canyon and Shoshone falls, which are a 10-minute drive away. Highly recommended.

This hotel was set in a central area not far from restaurants and commerce and large retail stores. Besides, a campus museum was 2 km away from the venue...

The location here is amazing, close to attractions and local sights, with delicious hot breakfast and fantastic views.

The breakfast here is so good! They have tasty juices, sausage, and a variety of hot food. the room is a good size with a comfy bed, plus they have a microwave, a fridge, and coffee/tea-making stuff available. 🥐

The room was absolutely amazing, super comfortable and conveniently located near the pet area – which was a jaw-dropping plus! The fridge and microwave were a game-changer, making our stay even more incredible. The spaciousness of the room was mind-blowing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the silence was a relief since we had noisy family members in other rooms during previous stays. We were thrilled to find out that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7 – talk about awesome! The breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was way above average for this type of hotel. The staff went above and beyond when they found my husband's backpack with his iPad and meds that we had left in the lobby. Despite discovering it 8 hours later, they promptly shipped it back to us – we couldn't be more grateful! We're loyal guests and always choose this hotel twice a year because their rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfy.

The hotel's location was great, close to excellent restaurants, local attractions, and Shoshone Falls. the room was luxurious and fairly quiet, with a nice jacuzzi. - the presence of a writing desk was important for us.

The location was absolutely perfect and stunning, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions like Yellowstone National Park.

The hotel was placed in the central location on best Mexican Restaurant in town -- La Fiesta. And it was also short walk to great restaurants, shopping, and a variety of other services, Twin Falls and Shoshone Falls, and the Snake River canyon.

There was a bit too soft bed in my room.
